TOPIC:   Immigration Policy and the Workplace: Rights, Responsibilities, and Bargaining Obligations

This panel will explore the intersection of immigration policy and labor relations in the context of rapid federal changes.  Panelists will provide an overview of the changing policies, discuss workers’ rights and employer responsibilities during immigration enforcement actions, and examine the scope of mandatory bargaining subjects related to immigration in collective bargaining.  Attendees will gain practical insights into navigating compliance while protecting workplace rights in an increasingly complex legal environment.
