Next Meeting:

5:30 p.m
Racquet Club of Philadelphia
215 S. 16th Street, Philadelphia

TOPIC:    A Bridge Over Troubled Waters – Perspectives on the NLRB

For 90 years, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has played a crucial role in protecting collective bargaining rights. However, in recent months, the Board has faced unprecedented challenges. With the recent firings of General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo and Board Member Gwynne Wilcox, the Board is now operating with only two members—one short of the required quorum.

We are honored to welcome Dennis P. Walsh, former NLRB Region 4 Director and three-time Board Member. Mr. Walsh and other practitioners will share his insider perspective on how the Board functions and adapts to challenges. Mr. Walsh has dedicated his career to labor relations and has been a mentor, advocate, and longtime supporter of Philly LERA.
