Welcome

The 150-member Philadelphia Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association meets the second Tuesday of each month, October through May. They begin with a social hour at 5:30, followed by a guest speaker or panel discussion at 6:15. The Chapter works in collaboration with the National Academy of Arbitrators, the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service and the American Arbitration Association in sponsoring area training and development opportunities. The Philadelphia Chapter is affiliated with the National LERA.
